I’m a creative leadership coach, consultant, educator, and podcaster invested in accelerating individual and organizational transformation through the power of creativity to lead for innovation. My work focuses on developing creativity as a foundational leadership skill. In today’s fast-changing world, the ability to think differently, navigate ambiguity, and solve problems with originality is not a luxury. It's a necessity.

I have experienced this transformation firsthand and while working with people in all echelons of life.
