Creativity is a process, a ‘how’ for leading change.

The ability to think, create and resolve is our greatest power.

Old solutions don’t work in today’s ambiguous world. Solution crafting in complex situations requires thinking differently. The capacity to craft novel solutions for now, and maybe later, while knowing that the situation will likely change, is where creativity has value.

Creative Leadership improves the bottom line though deliberate acceleration of innate capacity with a skillset that drives change for impact.

How we develop our superpower is quite another issue. And a pressing one at that. The world is a messy place. No wonder creativity is the number one soft skill in demand for 21st century life.

Creative process is universal and applicable to all the creative problem solving process.

How to clarify challenges, ideate on possibilities, develop ideas into solutions and implement actionable plans for complex problems is my jam, my training and my life’s purpose.

Creativity is about leveraging cognition, organized thinking, language and affect to discover what might be while shaping it into value.
